Step 1 — Before We Begin
Before anything gets designed, we get clear on everything.
You'll work through a strategy and design questionnaire that helps me understand your business, your people, your vision, and where you're heading - so every decision we make from here is intentional and aligned.
Step 2 — The Build (Weeks 1—4)
This is where it all comes to life.
Over four weeks, we work through your brand kit, website, email marketing and social media templates together - and I mean together. This isn't a "I'll disappear and come back with something" situation.
Throughout the entire process you'll have:
- ✔︎ Regular WhatsApp check-ins and updates so you always know where we're at
- ✔︎ A strategy call at the completion of each deliverable - your brand, your website, your email template - to review everything together and make live changes before we move forward

Step 3 — Going Live
Once everything is built, reviewed, and feeling exactly right - we go live.

Your four 1:1 coaching sessions kick off once everything is live.
The first session is your official handover - a full walk-through of everything we've built together so you leave knowing exactly what you have, how it works, and how to use it confidently yourself.
The remaining four sessions are yours to use however you need - platform guidance, marketing strategy, content brainstorming, or just a check-in to make sure everything is working the way it should.
